Antitrust Suit Against Zillow
Is Part of an Emerging Trend

wave of litigation rising across the country.
And experts expect to see more.
“This is part of an emerging trend of antitrust
lawsuits against Big Tech, meaning companies
like Amazon, Facebook and Google,” said New

deputy attorney general who handled antitrust
litigation. “These companies have integrated
platforms that they offer to the commercial mar-
ketplace, while at the same time competing in the
