The Capital Region Development Authority (“CRDA”) requests
proposals from law firms with offices in the State of Connecticut Proposed revisions to the following Local Rules have been posted on the USDC
for the following categories of legal representation: website:
General Counsel, Bond Counsel, Labor Relations, Legislation, LOCAL CIVIL RULES
and General Litigation. CRDA is also requesting proposals
from large and intermediate size firms to represent CRDA Local Rule 7(b) – Motions
in connection with the financing of various housing projects Local Rule 83.1(b) – Admission of Attorneys (effective December 1, 2020)
located in the Hartford area. Local Rule 83.1(d)(3) – Admission of Attorneys
