The Capital Region Development Authority (“CRDA”) requests
proposals from law firms with offices in the State of Connecticut
for the following categories of legal representation:
General Counsel, Bond Counsel, Labor Relations, Legislation,
and General Litigation. CRDA is also requesting proposals
from large and intermediate size firms to represent CRDA
in connection with the financing of various housing projects
located in the Hartford area.
