Carlton Fields is growing its nationally-recognized commercial real estate team in Hartford. Our team represents
institutional lenders, investors and owners on commercial properties across the United States. We are seeking a first-
to sixth-year associate with transactional experience and having a strong interest in a national commercial real estate
practice. Experience working with real property, mortgage loan, and joint venture, LLC and corporate documents is
strongly preferred. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are also required. The ideal candidate
will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being
able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued. Substantive prior
