Mid-sized Hartford Law Firm seeks senior and mid-level business transactional attorneys to join a thriving commercial law practice in our Hartford office.
Qualified candidates will have a background of increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on one or more of the
following areas of law: commercial real estate, purchase and sale and merger transactions, commercial financing, commercial contracts, employment
and general corporate representation. Preferred candidates will have at least 4 years’ experience in a law firm setting. Candidates should possess strong
drafting and advocacy skills, embrace a “can do” attitude, work well as part of a team, be driven to expand and hone their legal skills, be dedicated to
providing top notch client service, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. This position will allow mid-level and senior associates to join a team of
experienced lawyers with sophisticated commercial law practices, and offers significant opportunity for career advancement.
