BY SCOTT, J.
Needham v. Covanta Energy, LLC et al; 22-3392; For the

respect to Plaintiffs gender discrimination and hostile work environment
claims. Defendants motion for summary judgment is denied for Plaintiffs

BY SCOTT, J.
Willingham v. Boyer; 24-6052; The Court will permit
Willingham an opportunity to file an amended complaint to fully set forth all
the facts that form the basis of the claim he seeks to present.
BY BAYLSON, J.
Zuber v. Republic First Bancorp Inc.; 23-991; For the reasons stated above, Defendants Motion for Summary
Judgment is DENIED.
BY STRAW, J.
Charles R. v. Colvin; 23-3256; The ALJ failed to perform
a consistency analysis for Dr. Goodyears medical opinions, rejected the
environmental limitation after finding it was supported by Dr. Goodyears
evaluation, and failed to explain why the work preclusive environmental limitation
was rejected. Accordingly, I find that remand is warranted.

al; 23-3848; For the foregoing reasons, summary judgment will be entered in
favor of all Defendants on Brahms claims for
deliberate indifference to a serious medical condition. The remainder of Brahms claims will be dismissed without prejudice for
failure to state a claim.
