DECEMBER 12, 2024

BY BARTLE, J.

USA v. Brown; 04-0532; Accordingly, his motion for reduction in sentence will be denied.

BY LEESON, JR, J.

Watson v. Wetzel et al; 23-3246; For the reasons outlined above, Defendants are entitled to summary judgment on each of Watsons claims.

BY ALEJANDRO, J.

Bey v. Amoroso et al; 24-1786; For the foregoing reasons, the Court will dismiss, with prejudice, Beys Fifth and Sixth Amendment claims, and his claim against Defendant Carney based on his testimony at the preliminary hearing because they are not plausible, and amendment would be futile.

BY MURPHY, J.

Baucom et al v. Torres Vidal; 24-1818; For the foregoing reasons, we hold that removal was proper under 28 U.S.C. 1446(b)(3) and therefore deny the Baucoms motion to remand (DI 4).

BY LEESON, JR, J.

Virgo v. Virgo; 24-5722; Accordingly, the Amended Complaint will be dismissed without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
