Gainer v. Bordertown Transportation, Inc. et al; 24-1296; For the forgoing reasons, Plaintiff�s Motion to Remand to the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas is granted.

Shubert v. Modivcare Call Center Pennsylvania; 24-5523; For the foregoing reasons, the Court will dismiss Shubert�s Amended Complaint. The Court concludes that further amendment of Shubert�s federal discrimination claims would be futile.

Jones v. Harry et al; 24-5692; For the reasons stated, the Court will dismiss Jones�s Complaint. All state law claims are dismissed without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

BY KENNEY, J.

Brown v. Gerard Detox & Drug & Alcohol et al; 24-6300; For the foregoing reasons, the Court will grant Brown leave to proceed in forma pauperis and dismiss his Complaint for failure to state a claim for damages under Title III of the ADA. Brown cannot cure the defect in his Complaint, so he will not be given leave to amend.

Vargas v. Berks County Children Youth Services et al; 24-5228; For the foregoing reasons, the Court will grant Vargas leave to proceed in forma pauperis and dismiss his Complaint without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. � 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii) for failure to state a claim.
