For the forgoing reasons, Plaintiff�s Motion to Remand to the Philadelphia
County Court of Common Pleas is granted.

Shubert v. Modivcare Call
Center Pennsylvania; 24-5523; For the foregoing
reasons, the Court will dismiss Shubert�s Amended Complaint. The Court
concludes that further amendment of Shubert�s federal discrimination claims
would be futile.

Jones v. Harry et al; 24-5692; For
the reasons stated, the Court will dismiss Jones�s Complaint. All state law
claims are dismissed without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
BY KENNEY, J.
Brown v. Gerard Detox & Drug & Alcohol et al;
24-6300; For the foregoing reasons, the Court will grant Brown leave to proceed
in forma pauperis and dismiss his Complaint for
failure to state a claim for damages under Title III of the ADA. Brown cannot
cure the defect in his Complaint, so he will not be given leave to amend.

24-5228; For the foregoing reasons, the Court will grant Vargas leave to
proceed in forma pauperis and dismiss his Complaint
without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. � 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii)
for failure to state a claim.
