In Re: Zostavax (Zoster Vaccine Live) Products

Liability Litigation; 18- 2848; Accordingly, the court will grant the

motion of Merck under Rule 41(b) to dismiss the 1,189 Group A cases

identified in Appendix A in which plaintiffs claim that the Zostavax

vaccine caused them to suffer from shingles.

BY WOLSON, J.

Real-Loomis v. The BRYN MAWR Trust Company; 20-

0441; Ms. Real Loomis cannot prove that her alleged complaints of SOX and

CFPA violations contributed to BMT�s decision to fire her.

BY SANCHEZ, J.

Alicea v. City of Philadelphia et al; 22-3437;

Count II�s malicious prosecution claim, to the extent it relies on the

Fourteenth Amendment, will be dismissed, as will Count IV�s municipal

liability claim for the same reason.

USA v. Febles; 21-0386; For all the reasons set

forth above, I find that Defendant�s Motion to Suppress should be denied.
