Shipman et al v. Arco Industrial Sales et al; 18-2922; Accordingly, this Court denied Arco�s Motion to Mold the Verdict and entered Judgment in the amount of $1,000,000, which reflected a jury verdict of $1,575,000, as reduced by the parties� High-Low Agreement.

BY McHUGH, J.

Allegheny County Employees� Retirement System v. Energy Transfer LP et al; 20-0200; Plaintiffs� Motion to Compel will be granted in part and denied in part.

BY LEESON, JR., J.

Tolbert v. Pennsylvania Department of Corrections et al; 22-1182; Accordingly, Tolbert�s Motion for Leave to File a Second Amended Complaint is granted.

USA v. Cooper et al; 19-0001; An evidentiary hearing will be scheduled to address Andino�s challenge to his guilty plea that he alleges was based on counsel�s bad advice.

Seidl v. Chicco USA, Inc.; 22-2586; The Court dismisses those two claims with prejudice because Candace failed to give Chicco the statutorily required pre-suit notice, and no amendment can cure that deficiency.

Perry v. Faddis, et al; 22-4012; Court will grant Perry leave to proceed in forma pauperis, and dismiss his Complaint for failure to state a claim.

BY PRATTER, J.

Scalia v. East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc.; 18-1194; The Court therefore denies East Penn�s motion to bifurcate.

Alberici v. Recro Pharma, Inc. et al; 18-2279; Recently, in a securities fraud case in this Court, the undersigned approved a substantial fee award to the Pomerantz firm.

Thompson v. City of PHiladelphia et al; 20-3134; Defendant�s motion for summary judgment will be denied as to Defendant City of Philadelphia.

BY KENNEY, J.

Lewis v. Capital One Bank; 21-5524; Defendants��� Motion to Dismiss will be denied and Plaintiff���s Amended Complaint will be construed as stating a claim against a furnisher of information pursuant to the FCRA.

BY MARSTON, J.

Neamand et al v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company; 22-1370; For the reasons above, the Court will grant the Petition.

BY KEARNEY, J.

Blango v. City of Philadelphia et al; 22-1487; We enter summary judgment in favor of the City and Captain McShea.
