House v. Smith et al; 18-4283; After weighing all

the Poulis factors, the Court dismisses the above-captioned action for

House�s failure to prosecute.

Tolbert v. Weiner et al; 22-1228; Tolbert�s

remaining claims against Dr. Wiener may go forward, and likewise,

Tolbert�s claims against the other remaining defendants in this case are

left undisturbed by this Court.

BY SURRICK, J.

USA v. Burgess; 20-0072; Defendant�s Motion to

Suppress Physical Evidence will be denied.

BY WOLSON, J.

Avco Corporation v. Turner; 20-4073; Ms. Turner�s

relationship with Avco limited her ability to take on matters adverse to

Avco, but it didn�t prevent her from doing so for all time.

BY PAPPERT, J.

Benson v. Delaware County et al; 21-2854; At this

stage of the litigation, Benson has alleged sufficient facts to permit

his negligence and respondeat superior to proceed to Discovery.

Eburuoh v. PNC Bank, N.A.; 21-4430; Eburuoh does

not allege an intervening change in law or proffer any new, material

evidence.

Alvarez v. Hud et al; 22-3631; The Court will

dismiss Alvarez�s Second Amended Complaint.

BY SANCHEZ, J.

Calderwood v. Rinsch; 22-2847; Rinsch�s Motion to

Dismiss will be granted as to the declaratory relief claim, but the

balance will be denied.

BY ROBRENO, J.

Williams v. Francois et al; 22-3404; Court will

grant Williams leave to proceed in forma pauperis and dismiss Williams�s

federal claims with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(i) and

(ii).

Will v. John Doe Agency et al; 22-4394;

Accordingly, the court will order the plaintiff to show cause why the

 

court should not dismiss this action.
