Defendants� Motion to Dismiss and dismiss Plaintiff�s Second Amended

Complaint in its entirety.

Delaware Valley Aesthetics, PLLC et al v. John Doe

1 et al; 20-0456; Court finds that Plaintiffs have established monetary

damages with reasonable certainty and accordingly judgment in the amount

of $174,214.44 shall be entered.

However, the other claims against the City can proceed under a theory of

municipal liability.

Walsh et al v. Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance

Company; 21-4464; The Walshes have set forth enough evidence to make a

prima facie showing that their claim falls within the Policy�s grant of

coverage under the falling objects peril.

We deny Defendants� Motion in its entirety.

Delmonico v. Smith et al; 22-4296; Amazon�s

counsel shall make payment within fifteen days and shall file a

declaration of the payment once it has been made.

Torres v. Kijakazi; 22-2283; In accordance with

the above discussion, I conclude that Torres�s Request for Review in this

case should be denied, and judgment entered in favor of the Commissioner.
