Bedrosian v. The United States of America, Department of The Treasury, IRS; 15-5853; This Court concludes that Bedrosian�s conduct was willful under settled case law.

Roper et al v. Verizon Communications, Inc. et al; 18-5270; The court finds that the four Enterprise factors weigh in favor of granting the defendants� motion for summary judgment and even though one factor partially favors the plaintiffs, no reasonable juror could find that VCI was the plaintiffs��� employer.

USA v. Claude et al; 12-33; For the foregoing reasons, Pro Se Defendant�s Motion for Release Due to Extraordinary and Compelling Circumstances Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. [§] 3582(c)(1)(A)(i) is denied.
