Martin v. Brown; 1429 EDA 2025; This appeal has been taken from two May 9th Orders entered in this Protection From Abuse (PFA) matter. One May 9th Order dismisses as moot the motion for court order filed October 1, 2024 and the other May 9th Order denies the supplement motion for reconsideration filed October 1, 2024. It does not appear that this Court has jurisdiction over the May 9th Orders because the trial court did not have jurisdiction to enter the orders.

Com. v. Boodram; 1007 EDA 2025; This Courts July 9, 2025 Order, and Appellants July 18, 2025 response, the above-captioned appeal is hereby quashed as untimely. Accordingly, Appellants petition for extension of time to file Brief is hereby Denied as moot. Appeal quashed.

Super. 2007) By Order dated June 16, 2025, this Court directed Counsel to file an amended notice of appeal containing only trial court docket number CP-51-CR-0006827-2022 at the instant appellate docket number. The Amended Notices of Appeal were due in this Court on or before June 30, 2025. To-date Counsel has taken no steps to comply with his Courts June 16, 2025 Order. Accordingly, the following is Ordered. The Prothonotary of this Court is Directed to forward a copy of this Courts June 16, 2025 Order to Counsel for Appellant.

Lawlor v. Lawlor; 1401 EDA 2025; This appeal has been taken from the May 8, 2025 Equitable Distribution Order. The May 8th Order does not appear to be final or otherwise appealable in light of the fact that a Divorce Decree has not been entered. Indeed, Paragraph 12 of the May 8th Order makes clear that the entry of the divorce decree is hereby deferred pending qualification of the two QDROs the details of which are more particularly set forth hereinabove. Once the QDROs are approved and qualified by the respective plan administrators, Wifes counsel shall file the Praecipe for the Entry of the Divorce Decree. There is no indication from review of the trial court docket that Wifes counsel filed a Praecipe for the Entry of the Divorce Decree nor has the Divorce Decree been entered on the trial court docket.

Appellee served its brief on March 21, 2025. Appellant has not filed the Third Brief in response.

Knauf; 1686 EDA 2025; In light of the fact that Appellant failed to pay the trial court filing fees and the Appellate filing fees for the above-captioned appeal, on July 10, 2025, this Court entered an Order directing Appellant to pay the full amount of filing fees owed in the trial court so that payment is received in the trial court no later than July 21, 2025 or this appeal would be dismissed without notice of court. The trial court has confirmed that no filing fees were paid as ordered for the above-captioned appeal.
