Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee, plaintiff below, appeals from the May 16, 2024
order that granted Appellant�s motion to reassess damages as to its default
foreclosure judgment but reassessed damages in an amount less than that
requested in the motion. A review of the trial court docket demonstrates that
by order of July 2, 2024, the trial court directed Appellant to file a
Pa.R.A.P. 1925(b) statement of errors complained of on appeal within 21 days.
To date, no such statement has been entered on the trial court docket.
