Moskowitz Family LLC v. Globus Medical, Inc.; 20-3271; Plaintiff�s speculation that the jury�s request for the priority application demonstrates a misapplication of the law fails to meet its burden of showing an �overwhelming probability� that the jury was unable to follow the instructions and a likelihood that the evidence wrongfully admitted was �devastating� to the other party.

Tolbert v. Pennsylvania Department of Corrections et al; 22-1182; Tolbert has failed to present any evidence to support his retaliation claim against Morgan. The allegedly false misconducts, which were subsequently dismissed, were not adverse actions.

Gowans, III v. SEPTA; 22-2894; For the reasons discussed above, Defendant�s Motion for Summary Judgment is granted. Plaintiff�s claims are dismissed with prejudice.

Carson v. City of Philadelphia et al; 23-2661; The Court agrees with the City�the pleadings do not clearly establish the theory of liability, or the causal link between the misconduct in this case and a municipal policy or custom.

Abira Medical Laboratories, LLC v. Centene Corporation; 23-5057; Defendant Centene, because it is possible that pleading additional factual allegations could support Counts I through VI, those counts dependent on a contract will be dismissed without prejudice.

Lawson v. Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC; 23-5124; For the foregoing reasons, Defendant�s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 10) will be denied.

Anderson v. Terra et al; 24-1471; For the foregoing reasons, the Court will dismiss Anderson�s Complaint because his claims are not plausible.

Byrne v. Smith et al; 23-5066; For the foregoing reasons, Mr. Byrne�s claims against the Berks County Jail Systems will be dismissed with prejudice.
