Edward G.v. O�Malley; 23-3456; The reasons set forth above, Plaintiff�s request for review is GRANTED to the extent that it requests remand. This matter is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this memorandum.

Hughes v. Liberty Mutual Personal Insurance Company; 23-3934; The foregoing reasons, the Court will GRANT Defendant�s Motion for Summary Judgment on Counts I and II.

Jeesse Calloway IV v. Temple University College, et al; 24-2320; The foregoing reasons, the Court will dismiss Calloway�s Second Amended Complaint, with prejudice, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. � 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii) for failure to state a claim. Calloway had two opportunities to allege plausible claims. The Court concludes that a further opportunity to amend would be futile.

Quintero v. City of Reading Police Department et al; 24-3025; the foregoing reasons, the Court will grant Quintero leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dismiss his claims for relief seeking dismissal of his criminal charges, dismiss his claims against Defendants Glissaw and Berks County District Attorney�s Office, and stay his remaining Fourth Amendment claims for damages against the Officer Defendants until the underlying criminal case resolves.
