Connell v. Penn Auto Team et al; 19-3833; we grant Defendants� Motion for Summary Judgment.

Yaw et al v. The Delaware River Basin Commission; 21-0119; Because I will dismiss for lack of standing, I need not address Defendants� cogent argument that the Amended Complaint fails to state a claim.
