Carr v. Philadelphia Police Department; 21-1668; the Court will dismiss Carr�s Complaint without prejudice for failure to state a claim, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii).

Lee v. Pennsylvania Department of Corrections; 19-0241; Plaintiff�s motion for conditional certification and Defendants� motion for summary judgment will be deferred pending a 60-day limited merits discovery period.
