that granted Appellees preliminary objections as to Appellants petition for
emergency custody, dismissed Appellants petition for emergency custody with
prejudice, and stayed proceeding with respect to Mothers Complaint in Custody
filed on September 14, 2023. This January 29, 2023 order does not appear final,
as Appellants counsel asserts in the completed docketing statement, since Mothers
Complaint in Custody remains pending before the trial court, nor does the order
appear to be otherwise appealable.
Com. v. Black; 1601 EDA 2023; Appellants February 14,

the appeal should not be quashed as having been taken from an unappealable order. Appellant failed to file a response. An
appeal from an order revoking or denying bail is interlocutory and unappealable.
Com. v. Keiner; 2094 EDA 2023;
Consideration of the pro se February 5, 2024 letter to this Court, pro se
February 6, 2024 letter to this Court, and pro se February 12, 2024
Application To Proceed Pro Se, and in light of this Courts Orders of
September 12, 2023 and December 11, 2023, the October 2, 2023 hearing held
pursuant to Commonwealth v. Grazier, 713 A.2d 81 (Pa.
1998), the trial courts October 3, 2023 letter to this Court, and the fact
that on February 26, 2024, Appellants counsel has filed a petition to withdraw
and a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967) Appellant may
file a response, pro se or through privately retained counsel, to the Anders
brief within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order.
Latter v. Latter; 111 EDA 2024; This
appeal has been taken from the December 7, 2023 that grants Appellees petition
to terminate alimony pendent lite. Review of the trial court docket does not
reveal that a divorce decree has been entered. Thus, the December 7th order
does not appear to be final or otherwise appealable. Generally, only final
orders are appealable.

hereby Denied. The Prothonotary is not to accept any
further filings from Appellant.
Colon v. Mothee; 167 EDA 2024;
Appellant failed to file her completed docketing statement for the
above-captioned appeal no later than January 31, 2024. Notwithstanding this failure,
review of this appeal reveals that Appellant is appealing a September 26, 2023
interlocutory custody order that denies Appellants emergency petition for
special relief filed on September 13, 2023. The September 26th order is not
appealable in light of the fact that Appellants March 20, 2023 petition to
modify custody is still pending before the trial court. Generally, only final
orders are appealable.
Grate v. Mann; 3016 EDA 2023; Appellants Application to
Amend, filed February 12, 2024, is hereby Denied.

petition for in forma pauperis (IFP) only as to the
transcript fee but not as to the filling fee for the above captioned appeal, on
December 28, 2023, this Court entered an order directing Appellant to pay the
filing fee for the above-captioned appeal, ensuring that the payment is date
stamped by the prison no later than January 8, 2024. Before this Court
dismissed the appeal for failure to pay the filing fee for this appeal as
ordered, this Court entered an order that solely dismissed the appeal for
failure of Appellant to file his brief.
Colon v. Mothee; 168 EDA 2024;
Appellant failed to file her completed docketing statement for the
above-captioned appeal no later than January 31, 2024. Notwithstanding this
failure, review of this appeal reveals that Appellant is appealing a January 9,
2024 interlocutory custody order that denies Appellants motion for recusal,
enters a temporary custody order, and directs that a hearing on Mothers
pending petition to modify custody, filed March 20, 2023, is scheduled for a
hearing on April 10, 2024 and a semi protracted hearing is scheduled on May 8,
2024.
