USA v. Burk et al; 08-0274; For the foregoing reasons, we conclude that Ramos is not eligible for a sentencing reduction under either 3582(c)(2) or 3582(c)(1)(A)(i).

Gibson v. Wetzel et al; 11-4550; For the reasons set out above, Gibson�s motion for summary judgment will be denied.

Stanley v. Walker; 21-5595; Stanley objects that this evidence was insufficient to identify him as the shooter because the witnesses did not have a clear view during the shooting itself, and it is unsurprising he would run from the sound of gunshots even if he were innocent.

Younger v. The George School; 22-1027; Accordingly, the George School�s motion for summary judgment is denied in its entirety.

Davis v. Philadelphia Police Officer Johe Doe et al; 23-4863; For the foregoing reasons, I will grant Davis leave to proceed in forma pauperis and dismiss his Complaint in part with prejudice and in part without prejudice.

Brown v. City of Philadelphia et al; 24-1019; For the foregoing reasons, Brown�s claims against the Defendants in their individual capacities will be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a claim based on absolute prosecutorial immunity.
