MEMORANDA AND ORDERS

APRIL 16, 2024

BY GOLDBERG, J.

United States of America et al v. Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. et al; 16-0843; Within thirty days from the date of my order, the Government will be required to identify, with specificity, the precise information on those fifteen documents that it wishes to redact and shall explain why those requested redactions should overcome the presumption in favor of public access.

BY SAVAGE, J.

Havassy v. Keller Williams Realty Inc.; 21-4608; Therefore, we shall deny KWRIs motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.

BY WOLSON, J.

Gelormini v. City of Philadelphia; 23-4006; Mr. Gelormini hasnt pled plausible claims for procedural or substantive due process, which are the only claims that he asserts in the Second Amended Complaint.

BY MOORE WELLS, J.

Blair, Jr. v. Commissioner of Social Security; 23-2983; Hence, since the ALJ did not accept the opinion Plaintiff relies upon and applied properly the governing regulation, the ALJ committed no error.
