Trivedi et al v. Chandan et al; 22-0548; For the reasons set forth, Defendants� motion to dismiss all of the claims asserted against the Individual Defendants is granted, as this Court lacks personal jurisdiction over them.

Robertson v. Harvard Maintenance, Inc. et al; 23-1107; For the foregoing reasons, we grant Moving Defendants� Motion for Summary Judgment in its entirety, and we enter judgment in their favor and against Robertson.

Fegely v. Collins et al; 23-2258; For the foregoing reasons, we grant Defendant�s Motion for Summary Judgment and enter judgment in Defendant�s favor on Plaintiff�s Sixth Amendment claim, the only claim remaining in this action.

USA v. Gordon; 99-0348; Accordingly, the 924(c) convictions and sentences of Gordon on Counts 9, 21, and 24 predicated on his attempted armed bank robberies will be vacated and a new sentencing hearing will be scheduled.

Steele, and Prosecutor Suarez to assert access-to-the-courts claims against them is denied.

Coit v. Marsh et al; 23-5118; For the reasons set forth, the Court will grant Coit leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dismiss his official capacity claims with prejudice, and dismiss the remainder of his Complaint without prejudice for failure to state a claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. � 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii).
