LM General Insurance Company; 23-0215; For the foregoing reasons, ANI�s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is granted only insofar as it seeks a declaration that the relevant excess clauses are mutually exclusive and that the insurers owe coverage on an equal shares basis.

Coward v. Phila. Dept. of Prisons et al; 23-2429; For the foregoing reasons, the Court will permit Coward to proceed on his failure to protect claims against Sergeant Thomas and CO McPherson, and Coward will also be permitted to proceed on his deliberate indifference claim against Dr. Flower.
