Ellis v. Save Philly Vine Street, LLC et al; 22-5245; Because the allegations do not plausibly show that Mr. Ellis engaged in a protected activity, he has failed to state a prima facie wrongful discharge cause of action. We grant Save Philly�s motion to dismiss Mr. Ellis�s wrongful discharge claim with prejudice and dismiss Mr. Ellis�s claim.

Acosta v. Superintendent SCI Forest et al; 20-1305; For the reasons explained, we deny Mr. Acosta�s motion for relief and will not grant him a certificate of appealability.
