USA v. Baley; 20-0124; For the reasons stated above, Mr. Baley�s motion for a reduced sentence is denied.

USA v. Jeffcoat; 13-0336; For the foregoing reasons, Petitioner�s claim is without merit and will be denied without an evidentiary hearing because the record shows conclusively that he is not entitled to relief.
