Davis v. United States of America; 22-2982; This matter is therefore dismissed with prejudice with regard to Defendant United States of America and without prejudice with regard to Defendant United States of America�s claims against Third-Party Defendants.

Arrey v. Zebley et al; 24-0589; For failure to plead sufficient facts to state plausible claims, Arrey�s claims in the Amended Complaint will be dismissed.

Eldridge v. Walmart Supercenter-Store #2561 et al; 24-5451; For the reasons set forth above, the case will be transferred to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Hernandez-Santana v. Little et al; 24-6447; For the reasons stated, the Court will dismiss Mr. Hernandez-Santana�s constitutional claims against Defendant Reason with prejudice and his state law claims without prejudice.

Mena v. East Penn Manufacturing; 23-2688; For the reasons explained above, Plaintiff has failed to establish her claims for sex discrimination, disability discrimination, retaliation, and constructive discharge.
