Tomei, the appeal is taken from the July 5, 2024 order (the �Order�) awarding $205,000.00 in attorney fees and costs in relation to the underlying breach of contract action and, further, awarding $5,000.00 in attorney�s fees and costs in relation to the prior appeal at 1434 EDA 2023. On November 18, 2024, a show cause order was entered directing Appellant to respond as to why this appeal should not be quashed in light of the fact that Mother�s petition to modify custody was still before the trial court and why this Court should not sanction Appellant for filing this frivolous appeal pursuant to Pa.R.A.P. 2744.
