In The Interest Of: D.A.W.B., A Minor; 2678 EDA 2024; This appeal was filed pro se by Mother from the September 12, 2024 Order that terminated her parental rights as to Child. Docket review revealed that Charles Andrew Rosenbaum, Esquire, was appointed to represent Mother by the trial court. Counsel Rosenbaum failed to file the completed Docketing Statement as ordered, therefore on December 13, 2024 this Court entered an order directing Counsel Rosenbaum to file the completed Docketing Statement no later than December 26, 2024 or respond as to why he has not abandoned his client. On December 22, 2024, Counsel Rosenbaum filed a response, stating that during the termination hearing Mother requested to represent herself and the trial court granted her request. However, the trial court docket reveals that Counsel Rosenbaum continues to represent Mother.

Smith v. Coble; 3216 EDA 2024; Pro se Appellant, James Smith, plaintiff below, appeals from the nonsuit entered on November 19, 2024, in favor of Appellees, defendants below, and against Appellant. In a case where a nonsuit is entered, an appeal properly lies from the judgment entered after the denial of a motion to remove the nonsuit. Issues not raised in post-trial motions are waived and cannot be raised for the first time on appeal. A review of the trial court docket reveals that Appellant did not file a post-trial motion to remove the nonsuit and judgment has not been entered.
