Robinson et al v. Philadelphia Housing Authority et al; 24-0055; For the reasons set forth, the City Defendants� motion to dismiss is granted with respect to Plaintiffs� state-created danger claims asserted at Count IV and denied with respect to Plaintiffs� Monell claims asserted at Count III.
